Customer service was exceptional which is why I will be giving a 3 star review. But I was not impressed with my breakfast. It was my first time, so I will give the benefit of the doubt and try one more time. Everyone is entitled to a bad day....

I have been working in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and I have to say those were the worst hashbrowns served with breakfast I have ever eaten. Hands down the worst. 3 weeks later and I still feel the same way. The only way I can explain them is if you were to take pre-made frozen French fries, over cook them in old oil, and then chop them up and serve. No flavour, no spices. My eggs Benny was missing flavour from the hollandaise sauce, and my eggs were "slimy".

We are from Calgary AB and each time we come to this area we struggle to find a good place to eat. A place with decent food good prices and a friendly atmosphere.
